As participants of the 8-Week Challenge, you have access to over 40+ classes a week, daily open gyms sessions, and our Gym Zone.
You need to book into all classes through your Zen Planner account, all our classes are capped so book early to secure your spot as some of our popular times can book out.
Please note: Weightlifting and Gymnastics are not available forĀ the 8-Week Challenge participants.
